Print & Shipping
Our photographs are produced as fine art giclée prints by a professional print lab in Tallinn, Estonia. Each print is made to order and signed by the photographer who created the image.
Sizes
- Study — A4 · 29.7 × 21.0 cm
- Medium — A3 · 42.0 × 29.7 cm
- Large — A2 · 59.4 × 42.0 cm
- XLarge — A1 · 59.4 × 84.1 cm
The listed dimensions refer to the image size. Not every photograph works equally well in every format, so the sizes offered can vary from one image to another.
The print
Our standard prints are matte giclée prints on 310 gsm fine art paper.
Prints are supplied unframed and without a passe-partout, so you can choose a frame and presentation that suit your own space. The sizes are standard, which keeps framing simple — A4 is commonly paired with a 30 × 40 cm frame and mount, A3 with 40 × 50 cm, A2 with 50 × 70 cm and A1 with 70 × 100 cm.
Because these are physical photographic prints rather than mass-produced stock, slight differences between the image on your screen and the finished print are natural. Screens emit light, paper reflects it, and no two displays reproduce colour quite the same way.
Production
Each print is produced after your order has been placed. Production normally takes 2–5 business days before the print is ready for dispatch.
Packaging
Prints are carefully packed for transport, usually rolled in a rigid protective tube. Depending on the format or the order, some prints may be shipped flat instead.
Shipping in Europe
We ship directly to 36 countries and territories across Europe and the North Atlantic, at a flat €8.90 per order — the same whether you buy one print or four. We mainly use DPD and DHL.
Typical delivery after dispatch:
- Baltics and Nordics — approximately 2–5 business days
- Elsewhere in Europe — approximately 4–14 business days
These are estimates and can occasionally be affected by the carrier, the weather or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping elsewhere
We can arrange delivery to many destinations beyond that list. Write to sales@sandpackers.com before ordering and we will confirm the available option and prepare a shipping quote based on the destination and the print size.
Any local customs duties, import taxes or similar charges at the destination are the responsibility of the buyer.
Custom sizes
If you have a different size in mind, we can usually produce it as a custom order. Our current maximum print width is approximately 150 cm.
Write to sales@sandpackers.com with the image name, your preferred dimensions and the shipping destination. If it is useful, tell us a little about where or how you plan to display the photograph — it helps us recommend a format. We will check what the image allows, prepare a quote and confirm the shipping options with you.
If something goes wrong
Because every print is made to order for you, we do not accept returns for a change of mind.
If your print arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and include photographs of both the print and its packaging, so we can understand what happened and put it right.
If a parcel has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, let us know and we will investigate it with the carrier.
